Withdrawal

    • For All Lessons:

      1. Membership may be cancelled by submitting the below form in full by the 7th of the month. 

        Cancellation Form must be received by the 7th of the month to take effect by the end of that month. Cancellations received after the 7th will still be charged for the following month. There are no exceptions.

      2. You may withdraw the cancellation at any time before it takes effect but your teacher and/or time slot can not be guaranteed.

      3. Active membership is mandatory to participate in our events, exams and recitals. All registration(s) will be withdrawn at the time of membership cancellation.

      4. Membership is not transferable.

      5. Forte Music School does not provide tuition refund under any circumstances.

      6. Forte Music School reserves the right to terminate membership, in which case prorated tuition will be refunded.

      For example, if you submit the online cancellation form on the 10th of May, you will still be billed for June and there will be no more bill after June.
